The crew was pleasantly surprised to find a large number of artificial and dead trees planted along I80 in the Bonneville Salt Flats. Among the horticultural efforts were two artificial Christmas trees secured with guy wires in the sand – no we did not plant these trees, but both trees are eligble to contribute to the 7,000 EVERGREENS project.
